Shareholder portal terms

The portal records applications, shareholder information and transaction status. Submitting a form does not itself prove payment, confirm an allotment, or guarantee any return.

Accurate information

You must provide accurate, current information and promptly correct changes. Do not register for another person unless you are legally authorised to do so.

Account responsibility

Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed using your account until you notify the company of suspected misuse. Do not attempt to access another shareholder’s data or the administration area.

Investment decisions

Information in this portal is administrative and does not replace independent financial, legal or tax advice. Investments carry risk. Historic performance, forecasts or commercial opportunities do not guarantee future outcomes.

Payments and allocation

Use only payment instructions displayed within the authenticated portal or confirmed through an independently verified company contact. A share transaction is treated as paid or allocated only after authorised verification and the relevant company records have been updated.

Referrals

Use referral tools only for people who have agreed to receive an invitation. Do not make misleading claims, promise returns, send bulk unsolicited messages, or represent yourself as authorised to give advice on behalf of the company.

Availability and changes

The company may suspend the service for security, maintenance or legal reasons and may update these terms. Material changes should be communicated through the portal or an appropriate contact channel.
